Rizwan Dar as Jean Boucher, Dr Hippolyte Rossignol, and Dr Henri Toussant
Rizwan (Riz) came to Toronto from his native Pakistan in 1997 and has been active exploring the arts scene since his arrival. He is an avid swing dancer, and his interest in singing, acting, and improv has led him to acting. He made his debut with 42nd street in 2022 with Etobicoke Musical Theatre. As a singer, he performs as a soloist and in choirs. Riz loves being part of the theatre community, socializing, volunteering and working together towards a common goal of bringing theatre to life. His two daughters, aged 18 and 6, ensure Riz has a full and challenging life.

Diana Diana Di Mauro is a mezzosoprano from Toronto. She debuted in the role of Cherubino in Mozart’s, Le Nozze di Figaro, at Teatro Mancinelli in Orvieto, Italy, and has since performed the roles of L’Enfant in Ravel’s L’Enfant et les Sortileges, in Mrs. Nolan in Menotti's The Medium, Lola in Mascagni’s Cavalleria Rusticana, Clarina in Rossini's La Cambiale di Matrimonio, Zerlina, in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Serpina in Pergolesi’s, La Serva Padrona, Susanna in Mozart’s, Le Nozze di Figaro, and Mary Magdalene in Frisina’s, Emmanuel God with Us, in Toronto and New York. She recently had the pleasure of Musical Directing the full-length opera Conan and the Stone of Kelior by Kyle McDonald in Toronto.

Johnny is thrilled to have the opportunity to join this talented artistic team and help bring the Legend of Louis Pasteur to life on stage. Manuele Adrian Mizzi as Dr Emile Roux
Jamaican-Italian tenor, Manuele Adrian Mizzi discovered his love for performing at a very young age. Growing up in Markham he attended Unionville High School for the Arts later obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Voice Performance from York University under the tutelage of renowned Canadian operatic soprano Stephanie Bogle and having also studied with renowned European soprano Galina Lumkosky.
With a repertoire ranging from pop to musical theatre to opera and classical, he has performed in a wide variety of venues throughout North America. His musical theatre credits include performing the roles of Schroeder in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Japheth in Two by Two, Thomas in Emmanuel the Musical (New York City), Barnaby in Hello Dolly, Shrek in Shrek Tateh in Ragtime, The Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz, and Dickon in The Secret Garden among many others.
As a soloist, Manuele Adrian Mizzi has performed with The Neapolitan Connection, Vocal Horizons Chamber Choir, Greater Toronto Philharmonic, All the King’s Voice’s and the Burlington Civic Choir among others.
Manuele Adrian Mizzi also has a long career of teaching under his belt. As an avid pianist, accompanist, musical director and director, he has been working with all ages from 3-99 for the last 23 years. His directing and musical directing credits include musicals, plays, pantos and recitals.

Anusha Ramesh as Dr Jacques-Joseph Grancher, Dr Robert Koch, and George Belliveau
Anusha is pursuing a double major in Nutritional Sciences & Physiology and a minor in Psychology at the University of Toronto. She has been a part of the theatre community throughout her life and is especially proud of her experience through campus theatre. She has been a part of various shows including Into the Woods (SMCT), Carrie (TCDS), High School Musical (VCDS) and WANT: A New Musical (VCDS). Anusha is thrilled to be a part of this project as it combines two of her passions: musical theatre and science! She cannot wait for everyone to see this piece of work come to life!

Sophie is a performing artist based in Toronto. Her credits include “Unleashed” with Ballet Jorgen, “42nd street” with Emp, “Sunshine Boy” and “Dispute” with Randolph Theatre, a short movie where she had the opportunity of playing the lead “Could You Leave” and she recently had the pleasure of performing with Canada’s Wonderland for Winter Fest. She is also a part time Disney Princess and can be spotted singing at Comicon or Fan Expo. Sophie is thrilled to be in a show again and hopes you enjoy this presentation.
